It’s so nice to meet you
Hello, my friend!
Elena Ciccotelli here, host and producer of the EVs for Everyone Podcast and an award-winning automotive exec with a love for tech, travel, my goldendoodle “Bear” (and really thin pizza).
During my career as an automotive professional, I’ve been exposed to a lot of new and exciting technologies within the electric vehicle space. This podcast is my outlet to get this information out into the world – all while providing a dash of entertainment through my guests, their stories and their unique perspectives.
Plus, haven’t you noticed that most podcasts out there about EVs are, um…boring? You won’t find any snooze-worthy stats here : )
My first big break in automotive was at Lyft where I pioneered innovative new mobility options for dealers, fleets and the broader automotive industry. But more importantly, I’m proud to say that during my time as the Automotive Partnerships Director, I helped bridge the gap between new mobility solutions and traditional automotive retail in order to successfully change what was once an adversarial relationship into a symbiotic one that works together to solve the greater needs of retail customers.
In 2022, I served as the Vice President of the Automotive Practice at Teleperformance, the worldwide leader in outsourced customer experience management where I spearheaded new partnerships with some of the most iconic automotive brands in the world, designing and deploying customer care and digital transformation programs for OEMs, vendors and dealers.
Today, I’m constantly innovating as your dedicated host and producer of the EVs for Everyone Podcast where I delve deep into the intricate world of the EV ecosystem. I care deeply about bringing you the very best interviews with industry leaders in electrification through insightful conversations and thought-provoking discussions (all while having a little fun!)
If you have an idea for an upcoming episode of EVs for Everyone or you would like to be a guest on the show, go here, I would love to hear from you!
Until next time, keep *charging* forward,
