Electric Rewind: 2024’s EV Highlights with Experian

According to Experian data, 9% of new car registrations went electric, led by Tesla, Ford, and Hyundai and the Model Y, Model 3, and Cybertruck were noted as some of the highest selling models. Boomers are lagging at 20% of EV buys despite dominating 30% of the overall market, while Millennials zap up 30% of new EVs. Weirdly El Paso, Texas, stole the show with a wild 99% five-year EV growth rate, joined by Las Vegas and Houston as unexpected hotspots.
